"As is common with most projects, I met with multiple contractors to provide bids for our project. John was the only contractor to show up early or on time to meet with us. Additionally, he printed out a full set of the drawings. This showed me that he fully understood the complete scope of work for the project as well as it showed me that he truly cared about providing a successful project on schedule.
